Gansini was designed to represent the Global CIO Strategy & Integration team. His main purpose is to track and maintain control of all initiatives in the GCIO organization.

The state-of-the-art PMP to Stakeholder Equalization Unit provides the interface for communicating with project managers and the business unit’s stakeholders. The GSTS (Gate Status Tracking System) is integrated with Microsoft Teams and Zoom to allow for on-demand updates of projects.
