AInDy (pronounced “Andy”) was designed to handle the speed and rigors of the world’s latest technical fascination. That would be A.I. of course. Created through the use of other bleeding edge technologies, AInDy has a lot of potential build into a small A-frame body that is composed of chameleon nanites. These allow him to modify his surface appearance and functions, but not his actual structure.

His “eye” construct serves multiple functions. The outermost part is a Visual Storage Array that records, stores, and analyzes everything capture by the innermost part… the high capacity, high zoom Digital Vision lens. The ring in the middle of the two provides a visual status indicator of his activity level. It provides your standard green, yellow, red for most activities, but is naturally blue when he is in a quiescent state.

The upper-level portion of his frame houses a customized 8G and satellite communication system that is able to use his embedded 8192 GB encryption circuit to provide secure comms. The lower level provides graphene-aluminum housing for his dual onboard quantum computers. It provides high strength, light weight, and flexible movement.

As for his arms, their flexible construction allows them to both retract tightly against his frame or expand beyond the height of his body. Each arm is equipped with a 4-digit grasp assembly. Early prototype models were designed with five digits, but AInDy could not be trained not to misuse the middle one, so it was removed from the final design
